Loessberg Investments, Inc DBA 1 Stop Lending was established in 2012 by Owner and President, Dez Loessberg. It is a small single family owned and operated business based in Gold River, CA.
As opposed to many mortgage lenders and brokers, their focus is keeping the business small in order to keep overhead low. With the ability to thin margins, we can therefore pass those savings to our clients in the form of better rates and pricing that rival those across the nation.

About the owner
Deseron “Dez” Loessberg is a husband and father of 3 lovely children living in Gold River, CA. He was raised in a military family with his 25 year Navy Veteran father along with his Navy/Marine Veteran siblings. Attending the University of CA, San Diego while playing baseball was what launched his career in sales in 2000. Starting in the retail lending industry in 2003 with AMC Mortgage Services, he moved on to the wholesale side in 2009 right after the recession. In 2011, he found what his clients valued most: That they are treated like FAMILY and a FRIEND. That is what lead to the launch of his the corporation in 2012 with the sole focus of earning a client’s repeat business and referrals by being there for his clients every step of the way. With over 17 years of experience in the home lending business, it is his professionalism, expertise and attention to detail is what separates him from the competition.
